Privacy policy

Last updated: 2026-08-29. The short version: this site is a set of static pages, it sets no cookies of its own, and it runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

What we collect

Nothing directly. There are no accounts, no forms, no newsletter signup and no comment system, so there is nothing for you to submit and nothing for us to store.

Cookies

This site sets none. If you check your browser’s cookie list while reading a page here, anything you find was set by another site.

Hosting logs

The site is hosted on Firebase Hosting, which is operated by Google. Like any web host, it records technical request data — IP address, timestamp, the page requested, browser and device type — to serve the files and to protect against abuse. We use this only in aggregate, to see which pages are being read. It is handled under Google’s Firebase privacy terms.

When you click a link to Amazon

Most outbound links here are Amazon affiliate links. Clicking one takes you to Amazon, where Amazon sets its own cookies so that any resulting purchase is credited to us. That happens on Amazon’s side, under Amazon’s privacy notice, not ours.

We never see who you are or what you bought. Amazon reports only aggregate totals — how many items were ordered and the commission earned. There is no way for us to connect a purchase to a person, and we wouldn’t want to. See the affiliate disclosure for how the commission side works.

Third parties

Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google and Google therefore sees the request. Beyond that and the host itself, the site loads nothing from anyone else — no ad networks, no embedded video, no social widgets, no tag managers.

Children

This site is aimed at adults buying equipment for their dogs and is not directed at children.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to export, correct or erase. If you believe otherwise, or you want to raise anything about hosting logs, contact us and we’ll look into it.

Changes

If we ever add analytics, advertising or an email list, this page will be updated before that goes live, and the date at the top will change.
